When submitting an RFQ, requesting trial film rolls, or seeking technical consultation, we collect: • Contact details: Full name, packaging company/plant name, phone number, email address. • Packaging technical specifications: Film grade (lamination, printable, PCR), thickness (microns), width (mm), expected volume, and heat-sealing requirements. Collected data is strictly used to calculate accurate quotes, formulate customized recipes, and arrange trial samples to your plant.

DNC Film uses customer data solely internally for: • Sending formal quotation sheets, technical documentation (TDS, MSDS, Food Contact certificates). • Technical support for printing or automated VFFS/HFFS packaging lines. • Updates on 5-layer PE blown film innovations and sustainability compliance (EPR, PPWR, PCR). Strict Commitment: We DO NOT sell, share, rent, or disclose customer trade information to any third party.

Customer inquiries and technical data are securely retained in DNC Film internal database during the business relationship or until a written deletion request is received.
